High-quality child care gives children the access they need to succeed in school and gives parents support to be productive at work — but only if they have access to the care they need. Over the past several years, Child Care Aware® of America has surveyed and conducted focus groups with parents of young children, grandparents, national child advocacy organizations, and state and local Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agencies. The public policy priorities represented in this agenda and agenda in brief serves as our roadmap for advocating for a quality child care system for all families.
