
Na’tise Bankston, Senior Director of Operational Performance, Compliance and Legal
Na’tise Bankston is the Senior Director of Operational Performance, Compliance and Legal. As a former Captain and JAG in the United States Army, Na’tise brings an expertly trained eye for diplomacy, collaboration and precision to the Procurement side of CCAoA.
Na’tise was an advisor to Command teams, Service Members, and Organizations on a variety of legal matter, namely, federal acquisition, federal funding, vendor and regulatory compliance. Na’tise is grateful that her legal career is and continues to be a one-of-a-kind advocacy. She was a senior member of the unprecedented Special Victims’ Counsel (SVC) of the US Army excelling at protecting and advocating for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence rights and access to justice in military tribunals. Na’tise is proud to have served the most vulnerable of our military population in a way that still anchors the SVC program to the present day.
Her career has been shaped by the principled-empowerment families, individuals and organizations can achieve when equipped with information, tools and guidance. She understands the delicate balance of genuine connection and mutual understanding across lines of correction.
As a parent to a child with special medical considerations directly impacting her own child care decisions, the mission of CCAoA to be a pillar of support for families is an aspect of this role she holds near and dear to her core values as person, mother and professional.
Na’tise earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Arts from the illustrious Hampton University and Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School. She is a licensed attorney with the New Jersey State Bar.
