Celebrate FMLA By Taking Action
On February 5, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) will turn 30 years old! FMLA has been vital in ensuring workers have time to care for themselves and their families. Even with FMLA in place, the fight to get parents the support they need isn’t over. Many workers cannot afford to take unpaid FMLA leave, and many families find the price of child care out of reach. We need paid leave and affordable child care for all. Celebrate this historic milestone with us by tweeting at your members of Congress and telling them to support these policies so that families can thrive.
