Roxanne Tashjian is the Vice President of Revenue Operations within the Systems Integrity Group of Synopsys, a strategic position that helps to streamline business processes and go-to-market strategies. In this role, she is instrumental in aligning business practices, systems and enablement, while optimizing best practices on a global scale. Previously, Tashjian was the Senior Vice President of Global Sales Effectiveness & Optimization at Monster, where she drove the globalization of Monster’s sales operations and sales teams. Prior to Monster, she served as Vice President of Global Sales Operations at FireEye, where she played a pivotal role in growing revenue by nearly 50% in just two years.
Tashjian received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Troy University.
