Caitlin Molina, Senior Vice President for Operational Performance  

Caitlin Molina is the Senior Vice President for Operational Performance at Child Care Aware of America. Caitlin brings nearly 15 years of experience working with state and local government, philanthropy, and non-profit organizations providing executive leadership, management, and advisory services to transform both education and health outcomes for children and families.  

Caitlin has spent the past two years in public sector consulting advising executives in state, local, and federal government on federal and state policy, operational restructuring, and system (IT) modernization. Prior to consulting, Caitlin served as the Deputy Commissioner of Early Education & Care for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Prior to joining the Baker-Polito Administration in Massachusetts, Caitlin was the Deputy Director of Human Services in the State of Rhode Island where she led the design and administration of 13 economic assistance programs for more than 300,000 families statewide. It was in this role that Caitlin led the state of Rhode Island’s early learning strategy and portfolio of services, including but not limited to child care.     

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from John Carroll University.
