On-site child care

Child care programs that occur in facilities where parents are on the premises. For example, a child care center at the parents’ place of employment.

Out-of-school time

Refers to the non-school time periods for school-age children and adolescents, during which there is often a need for school-age child care and other types of programming. Care and education services provided to children between the ages of 5 and 12.
