- On-site child care
- Child care programs that occur in facilities where parents are on the premises. For example, a child care center at the parents’ place of employment.
- Out-of-school time
- Refers to the non-school time periods for school-age children and adolescents, during which there is often a need for school-age child care and other types of programming. Care and education services provided to children between the ages of five and 12.
- Outcome
- A result of something.
- Outreach
- The activity of disseminating information about early care and education such as CCR&R service information, child care locations, hours of operation, quality indicators, and other topics related to the child care field.
